How it Works

The upper chamber of the Cold Bruer accommodates ice and water, featuring a flow regulation rod that allows you to fine-tune the rate at which water drips. The central chamber houses a filter and your ground coffee, gently showered by droplets of water. The lower chamber patiently collects the cold brew concentrate as it leisurely trickles from the coffee bed through the filter.

This meticulous process spans a timeframe of 3 to 12 hours, ultimately yielding a generous 600 ml of concentrated delight. The resulting cold drip coffee boasts full-bodied flavour with a velvety smoothness. Its reduced acidity and bitterness compared to hot-brewed coffee render it a versatile choice, perfect for an array of iced beverages.

Included with the Bruer Cold Coffee Maker are 100 paper filters, sized identically to Aeropress filters. For a fuller-bodied cup, experiment with a reusable stainless steel filter in lieu of paper.
