Pesado HE[%] High Extraction Basket

Pesado introduces the HE[%], a high-performance espresso basket designed for richer, more flavorful extractions. Precision-engineered with CNC machining and laser-cut technology, it features perfectly cylindrical holes and thicker 1.1mm steel to withstand pressure and prevent bending during extraction.

Compared to IMS and VST baskets, the Pesado HE[%] boasts a larger surface area, extending further into the edges of the basket for enhanced extraction, all thanks to advanced laser technology.

Richer espressos - Designed for high extraction to capture more flavours and aromas.

Perfectly cylindrical - Unlike IMS and VST baskets, the HE’s filtration holes are perfectly cylindrical for a higher extraction rate.

Thicker - Made with 1.1mm steel that can better withstand pressure and prevent the basket’s bottom from bowing down during extraction.

Larger surface area - Thanks to laser technology, the holes are spread farther into the edges to increase the surface area of the Pesado HE[%] basket.
