A cupping spoon is an indispensable roaster tool. Our new RW cupping spoon has been redesigned for higher performance. Compared to traditional styled cupping spoons, these sleek utensils feature a deeper bowl, are weighted precisely and balanced.  The depth of the bowl is perfectly constructed for slurping, while still holding the same volume of coffee as traditional spoons.

According to SCAA standards, a regulation cupping spoon shall hold between .135 - .169 fluid ounces (4-5ml) of coffee sample and should be of non-reactive metal.
